Ingredients:

  • 3 oz champagne

  • 1 oz. Ebra Gin

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • .5 oz lemon juice

  • Lemon twist garnish

Make it:

Add all ingredients except for champagne into a a shaker with ice and shake well. Then strain into a champagne flute and top with bubbly. Garnish with a lemon rind.
