Ginstronomy: Pairing Perfection
While Ebra Gin can always be enjoyed on its own, pairing gin with food has become more popular in recent years as people have taken great interest in matching the complex botanicals with their favorite dishes. The practice is called “Ginstronomy,” and pairing the right foods with your beverage is a sure fire way to increase your level of satisfaction and get the most out of the many flavors found in Ebra Gin.
For the month of March, we will be exploring a full range of food pairings to complement Ebra Gin & Tonics now that spring is just around the corner. We’ll cover appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts to give you an assortment of ad hoc options to create a pairing ranging from a simple snack to a full tasting menu.
Below are a few of our favorite, easy to make appetizers that you can prepare for yourself or your friends, the next time you’re relaxing with a glass.
