Ingredients:

  • 2.5 ounces Ebra Gin

  • .5 ounce dry vermouth

  • Lemon twist and/or orange twist

Make it:

Combine gin and vermouth in mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until the ingredients are integrated. Express oils from orange rind into a chilled martini glass and strain mixture into it. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist. The floral and fruity notes from Ebra Gin are best enjoyed in a clean martini vs. dirty.
