Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ebra

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • .75 oz Demerara simple syrup

  • 6-8 mint leaves

  • Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer

Make it:

Put Ebra Gin, lime, mint, and simply syrup into chilled copper mug. Mix and fill mug with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer and garnish with mint and lime. PRO TIP: For a holiday twist, garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
