Ingredients:
1.5 oz Ebra
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz Demerara simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
Make it:
Put Ebra Gin, lime, mint, and simply syrup into chilled copper mug. Mix and fill mug with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer and garnish with mint and lime. PRO TIP: For a holiday twist, garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
