Ingredients:
2 oz Ebra
2 oz guava nectar
1 slice ginger
.25 oz lemon juice
2 oz champagne
Sliced guava garnish
Make it:
Pour Ebra into a cocktail shaker and add the ginger. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, mash the ginger well. Add the guava juice, lemon juice and bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with champagne and garnish with slices of fresh guava.
