Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Ebra gin

  • 6 ounces tonic water

  • Garnish: juniper berries

  • Garnish: lemon rind

  •  Garnish: raspberries

  • Garnish: rosemary

Make it

Pour Ebra Gin into a copa de balon filled 3/4 with ice. Pour tonic slowly into a spoon in the glass or into the side of the glass to maintain the effervescence. Express lemon rind oils over the top and place juniper berries, raspberries and rosemary into the glass.
