Ingredients:

  •  1.5 oz Ebra Gin

  •  .75 oz triple sec

  • .75 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • .5 oz egg white

  • Lemon rind garnish

Make it:

Add all ingredients into a a shaker with ice for a wet shake. Then strain back into the shaker without ice for a dry shake. This is what creates the creamy froth texture! Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon rind. PRO TIP: Orchids are edible and make a sweet, beautiful garnish for this delicately divine drink.
